The procedure for deletion of a pledge in the Pledge Registry is a way of deletion of the pledge right over movables, securities, receivables and other rights (pledge on movables).
Submission for registering a deletion of an existing pledge shall be carried out by the person indicated (authorized) in the notarized statement of the pledgee which is the basis for deletion of the pledge, or another person authorized by a power of attorney.
